Busy Weekend

We are having a busy weekend here in Southern California, or to be more specific at the Koenig Estate. Today we had Brunch with Patti and Jose, and of course Michal and me, and Patricia joined us a bit later, she went to the San Elijo lagoon to photograph birds with Tom.

Patti and Jose got some very nice bread on there hike in Julian yesterday and also got some bacon and Michal fixed it all up, making his famous fresh toast, Jose also brought some champagne and we supplied the freshly squeezed Orange juice. Great way to start the day.

Yesterday was of course the big day, Michal put on a big party for some of the friends he works

with, everybody did bring some food and it was a real feast. Everything was soooooo gooood I had a problem not to over eat.

We had great conversations, and I got the impression that it must

be a very nice place to work at. I gave garden tours to whom ever was interested, and Michal showed the Chickens of.

It was all over at four o'clock and we did miss Helen, she would have had a fun time, rather then freezing in Austria, but she will be back on Thursday this week.
