This week went by in a flash, I spend almost all week sending out applications and applying on line for a job. Retailers starting now to get ready for the holidays and looking for seasonal staff. This whole thing is a real joke, a lot of businesses I am applying for, I need to go online, they don't want to see you in the store, and then I have to fill in a tone of questionnaire, as if I wanted the top job in the company. I understand that they need to have a background and drug test, but why do they need to know what I did and did not like in my previous job, and 200 other questions, having relay nothing to do with my core competency to clean the bathrooms or stock the shelf's. Out of all of about 30 applications in my area, I got one interview with Best Buy, in the some building I used to work before in.
Now today it's Saturday and Michal and I playing in the garden. First we decided not to finish
the planed greenhouse, the skeleton has been standing there for about 12 month and just did not seem strong enough to hold all the plastic that would need to cover it.
So we took it down and cut it up.
Then we went over to see Wendy and Tom, to see there Greenhouse, a prefab, and it looks good, just not quit big enough for what Michal wants, so he is now online to check out what he can buy.
We then transferred the Lemon Verbena plant to the center of the garden, and still have to take the Basilicum plant out and put it into a half barrel. Then we can start to rooter till the ground and redo the garden.
Tonight we go the a Halloween party at John and Marylin's.
