Today seems to be another cooking day, Patricia tells me this is the time of year, just preparing for the cold and unforgiving winter we have here in southern California.

I started of with peeling and depipping of the Sabote, filling up the freezer, then I burned of the prickles of the pear and peeled them, Patricia wants to make jam, and in the meantime I had to watch the slow cooker making a bean stew, and then of course testing it.
