Making of a Black Forest Cake Part 1

I just discovered that I have never uploaded my Black forest videos, so I feel obliged to do it now, after I have been searching all over the internet for a good and true Black forest recipe. Just a short story I have been telling to whoever slowed down long enough to listen. When I had my restaurants in Sydney Australia, Michaels Konditorei, I had two lovely ladies visiting. We got talking and I told them that my specialty was the Black forest torte. There eyes lit up and they preceded to ask me if I knew where the Black forest cake was originally invented, not wanting to be smart I said I did not, so they enlighten me by telling that the cake was invented in Texas USA, by a German national who got homesick for the Black forest and preceded to invent the cake. Now isn’t that something. What you are about to see is the real thing, and don’t be fooled be all the imitations.
