Today was the first day we went to the beach this year, can you believe it?

And when I am down there I need to get up there again.

We only live about 3 mils from the beach, and we hardly ever make it there.

Now at least I think I will go more often this summer, and there have been people swimming already.

The rest of the day was taken up with doing much of nothing and then we had Daierus around for dinner.

He put me on some websites for exercises, great. less excuses.
