Wine Making

I have not written anything in my Blog, I was waiting for an inspiration to come, nothing came.

Well it is not quit true, I did have some great ideas, mainly in the shower or when I go to sleep, and then they are gone again.

 

Anyhow, I was just thinking that I write today about our wine making.

At the moment it is peach wine and it tastes great, every time we rack it (that is when you filter from one container into another) we have a taste. I am not sure how much is left by the time we are finished with this lot.

 

It takes several month to get the finished product, but then we can slap our own label on the bottle and show of to some friends.
