Having given thanks for all things I have recieved and for things I have been spared, and having recovered from the great food at two Thanksgivings, it is time to reflect.
Sunday we had our first Thanksgiving at
Aariel and Ryan's house. Ryan's parents Becky and Ben came from Crested Butte, Colorado, leaving the snow behind, to celebrate.

Others are hanging out or playing games outside. |

Ben is being entertained by Elea and Jewels, Ashley's charges. |
|
Then it was Turkeytime. |
Thanksgiving day arrived and before starting our second party, we had some activity. Aariel participated in the Turkey Trot at Ocenaside, and Gavin and I are cheering while Patricia gets over a sudden, unwanted cold.

Here they come |

over 10,000 runners |

A happy mama, next year Gavin will run too. |
Now it is time to visit Nicole's parents Ken and Tracy for the second round of giving thanks.
