Our friend, Eddie, has converted his old Mercedes Diesel cars to drive on vegetable oil, which he collects from local restaurants, cleans up and uses as his fuel.

I was very impressed with how much research and effort Eddie puts into this process; this is his contribution to recycling and saving money on gas and the environment, although he does concede that this method is only carbon neutral.
