Last week I was busy for a change, I volunteered at GENI for the WRSC workshop at the QLN Center in Oceanside.
The whole weekend was just great, from Thursday morning something was happening all the time.
Thursday was taken up with getting all the equipment set up and there was a lot of it, just to give a taste, 13 projectors, 4 12'x12' screens, the other 9 where projected unto the wall, the sound equipment, which I ended up using.
We had to roll out the 2 maps, one Dymaxion and one for San Diego County.
And of course most important the food corner needed to be set up.
Friday we started close to 9AM after there was a breakfast. We attracted about 50 participants from all over the place, a great lot.
This felt just like the old days
