Today we had a visit from our friend Winnie from Philadelphia, and had a very nice sushi dinner with a bottle of our home made Apple wine. Winnie used to life here in San Diego and moved back to the east late last year, god knows why, and from her storeys I can ascertain that she is loving it, being there with her family.
Yesterday I was letting the chickens out, and to my surprise I saw out of the corner of my eyes a squirrel getting hold and carrying away one of Goldies eggs. When I challenged the beast, is started to attack me, and I wrestled the egg away from it.
Today I got a picture of the vermin as it was gorging itself on the chicken food.
