Last night we had a late dinner at a very good Asian Restaurant in Encinitas, to celebrate Daireus's 28th birthday. I am having great fun seeing Aariel and Daireus growing up. Daireus now is a great flyed instructor, having achieved lots of stuff in his few years, like finishing school, learning to fly, getting his Microsoft certifications, and putting up with customer demands at Gateway.
Also programing a database for a friends company, and getting his degree in communication at San Marocs College, all the while earning money working in restaurant's and then valet parking for the last 14 years or so. Now settling on wanting to be a pilot, and already having accumulated over 1300 hours. All this and more while still having a great time partying and cultivating a large circle of friends. I feel very fortunate and proud to be part of this family. Here he is with his sister Aariel, soon to be 25.
