Today we got us some
Prickly Pear and started another lot of wine.

When one picks Prickly Pear one is very careful, you need some very good gloves and a steady hand. I our case I let Patricia do it.
Then we had to burn of the spikes over an open flame and then peal the pair and chop it.
Now that we started the wine, we just have to wait and see how it will turn out. This is our 7th lot of wine we have made; there was Pear, Peach and Apple-Honey wine.
Now I have prickly’s all over me.

Last night Patricia and I went to the
North County Photographic Society’s annual Photo Exhibition. Patricia exhibits 2 Photographs.
Well there was no ribben this time, and there is no accounting for taste, and I am not a sore looser.
One of Patricias pictures is the top left one, we took it at Barbaras (Patricia's sister) Range, I think in May 08.
