I am just coming back from a short walk, I have a step counter on my belt, it
counts every step, I think that what step counter means, and when I get home I can download it to a site and it gives me all sorts of readouts.
For me it is very motivational, as I quit often don’t like to exercise, so my goal is 10000 steps a day, if I see in the evening that I still need to make 500 steps I go for another walk.
So today I made it and now I am going to bed
