Great place to rest and wander.

After leaving our two night stay place, we drove down Highway 1 toward Santa Maria, where we visited with Bob, Patricia's uncle (maternal).

We went to a great Mexican Restaurant just around the corner from where Bob lives and had a great lunch before driving on to Santa Yenz. When we arrived, we first drove up the mountain to where Patricia and I were married.

There, Patricia insisted on collecting a few rocks. Later, I asked her again if she would marry me.  She said YES. Am I lucky!  Otherwise, I would have had to walk home.

This is not the one we took, although Patricia was tempted.

After arriving down in the Valley, we drove through Los Olivos where Patricia spent her childhood and then went to our next stay place for tonight.
Amazingly, this place was only one street removed from Patricia's mother's last house here in the Valley.  We took a walk and visited Charlotte and John, Mom's old neighbors.
This is it for tonight, and tomorrow there will be another great day.
